Eat Six Meals A Day For Sustained Weight Loss

In order for weight loss to happen you have to burn more calories then you consume.

The key is to keep you body fed at all times and to keep the calories coming so your body has fuel to burn at all times and it never has to store anything you eat as fat. I can’t think of anything as effective for sustained weight loss.
