I’m retired but I still train and work out and I still have a passion for health and fitness so I started Fitness And Health Tips.com as a sort of outlet if you will. Fitness and Health Tips is a website containing my personal favorite articles about getting in shape, staying in shape and living a healthier life!
This website has all sorts of practical tips and strategies for staying in shape through various types of physical exercises as well as nutritional and diet information.
My core philosophy for maintaining overall fitness and health is that it requires equal attention to 3 components which are:
- training and exercise
- diet and nutrition
- rest and recuperation
This website is about all those things and then some!
