Inevitably after you’ve been using the same workout for a few weeks your body begins to adapt and your gains start to slow down or even worse plateau.
The best thing to do when you notice your body start to adapt to your current workout (you can usually tell because your muscles get progressively less and less sore after each workout) is switch to a different workout.
If you haven’t already tried it yet, switching up the order of your exercises is also a good idea to try to avoid stagnation in the gym.
